Structural Welder (Flux-Core) - Full Time

Due to continued growth, our facility has recently doubled in size, adding new welding machines, upgraded metal fabrication equipment, and creating significant opportunities for internal advancement.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Flux-Core welding using 1/16" wire on carbon steel
• Weld large structural components according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret basic welding prints and drawings
• Perform basic fit-up and material preparation when required
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Projects You'll Work On

Our team fabricates large structural steel components used in:

• High-rise building construction
• Aerospace and launch pad infrastructure
• Heavy support structures
• Large-scale commercial and industrial projects

Qualifications

• Previous Flux-Core welding experience required
• Experience welding carbon steel
• Ability to read basic weld prints and blueprints
• Basic fit-up experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
• Strong attention to quality and safety

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
