Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time) Human Resources The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a global network of policy research centers, is seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the HR team in Washington, DC. The Human Resources Assistant will work up to 18 hours per week. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the HR information system and electronic files, handling vendor payment requests, and providing a range of administrative support functions for as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, and work well independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with an interest in business operations or human resources. Located in Dupont Circle, we offer an outstanding work environment. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26 - $28 per hour. The ideal candidate will be able to work in-office for six hours per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Carnegie will consider alternative in-office work arrangements on a case-by-case basis, but this position will not be fully remote.
