What You’ll Do

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, schedules, and job-site activities.
• Partner with customers, foremen, vendors, and design professionals to clarify scope, quality expectations, and work procedures.
• Manage estimates, budgets, cost tracking, progress reporting, billing documentation, change orders, and project closeout.
• Monitor job-site progress, adjust schedules and resources, and resolve field or customer issues.
• Promote safe work practices while maintaining quality, schedule, and profitability.

What You Bring

• Five or more years managing large construction projects.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and supervise project teams and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer-service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with iPad/iOS, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver’s license; experience with agricultural process systems, CAD skills, and a Nebraska Class A CDL are preferred.

Work Requirements

This role combines office-based project management with active job-site leadership and may include overnight stays near project locations. The position requires use of protective equipment, the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 90 pounds, and successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
