Job details Salary: $150,000 - $300,000 per year J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, New York, or Illinois 8+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong experience managing all phases of litigation, including: Written discovery and discovery strategy Motion practice Court appearances and oral advocacy Taking and defending depositions Case management and client interaction Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation A bit about us A rapidly growing plaintiffs' litigation firm with an established reputation in employment and consumer class action litigation is expanding its practice seeking an experienced attorney to join its team.
