What You'll Do
- Perform mobile X-ray exams using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment at various healthcare and care facilities
- Ensure high-quality, diagnostically useful images and submit/transmit them for radiologist interpretation
- Unload and set up portable X-ray equipment at client locations
- Perform EKG testing when required and transmit results for cardiologist review
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of X-ray equipment and vehicle
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, management, colleagues, and clients
- Scan, organize, and process exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily
What You Need
Required:- Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Experience performing portable X-ray exams
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., with accommodations for equipment and vehicle use
- Strong communication skills
- BLS certification
- Prior experience with digital radiography systems
