Position Overview This role is ideal for fitness professionals who are motivated to grow their careers, develop lasting client relationships, and become an integral part of a dynamic and expanding training team. Trainers will work closely with members to assess needs, design customized fitness programs, and provide the accountability and expertise necessary to achieve measurable results. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations. Develop individualized training programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and lifestyle factors. Deliver exceptional one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions. Monitor client progress and adjust programs to maximize results. Build strong relationships that foster client retention and referrals. Actively participate in growing the personal training business through member engagement and service excellence. Maintain detailed client records and progress tracking. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. Collaborate with fellow trainers and fitness staff to create a positive team environment. Qualifications Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification. Previous personal training experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Self‑motivated with a desire to build and maintain an active client roster. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
