Respond to information requests and assist employees with payroll inquiries. Prepare and submit periodic reports. Prepare documents and complete filing. Answer phone calls and emails related to payroll. Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Maintain and track payroll records and related reports. Process, review, and correct punches from electronic time clocks, verifying completeness and accuracy. Collect payroll data, calculate, and enter information into the payroll system. Skills / Knowledge Required Experience in an office administrator role. Prior experience in payroll, accounts receivable, or human resources is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent data entry, typing, and computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system preferred. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree from an accredited community college preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow up on exceptions in a timely manner. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Team player who can also work independently. Commitment to maintaining confidential information. Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
