Role Description Ideally, this will be an on-site job in Kunming/Chengdu, China. We are looking for someone special to join Daqian Digital and grow with us. Ideally, you have overseas study experience, strong communication skills, good taste, and the ability to think clearly and deeply. You do not need to come from a SaaS or property-tech background. What matters more is curiosity, self-motivation, and the willingness to learn new things quickly. At Daqian Digital, we work in industrial digital transformation, especially across smart property management, smart logistics, smart parks, and smart elderly care. It may not be the flashiest industry at first glance, but it is real, practical, and full of long-term potential. Our work is not just about building software. It is about helping companies improve operations, reduce costs, organize workflows, and create better service experiences. Responsibilities This role is not a narrow execution role. You will be involved in many important parts of the company’s growth, including product thinking, client communication, solution storytelling, brand content, website planning, presentation materials, AI tool exploration, and even discussions around the company’s future strategy. You will have the chance to work closely with the leadership team, understand real business challenges, and help shape how the company presents itself to the market. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities; Knowledge of Marketing strategies and campaign execution; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams; Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; Previous experience in digital technology, property management, or related industries is a plus; Proficiency in data analysis and tools associated with marketing and sales is advantageous; Innovative mindset and a passion for driving growth and operational success.
