Physician Clinic Medical Director

Physician Clinic Medical Director Location: Sparks, Nevada. This role offers physicians a clinical practice with opportunities for quality improvement, business development, and leadership within a supportive team environment. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ($287,000–$310,000 annually), Director Stipend, and performance-based incentives. Responsibilities Provides direct patient care, leading by example to create an exceptional patient experience. Provides leadership in healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes. Manages clinicians, support staff, and complies with APC supervisory requirements. Creates a professional and collaborative working environment. Works with leaders to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvement. Maintains relationships with center clients and payers. Manages clinical and support staffing levels in collaboration with the medical clinic leadership team. Promotes Concentra values for all clinic colleagues. Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition. Possesses financial awareness and provides input to clinic budget and key business metrics. Qualifications Active and unrestricted medical license. Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date). Eligible to participate in Medicare. Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty (preferred). FMCSA NRCME certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
