Client Services Representative

Job Position: Client Services Representative Location: Harvard, IL 60033 Pay Rate: $35,000 to $40,000/yr BOE Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Description: We are immediately hiring for an enthusiastic, bilingual client service representative for our fast-paced, growing office located in Harvard, IL. The client services representative will be responsible for handling the needs of customers and assisting them with information on products and services provided by our company. A successful candidate will have an open and approachable demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a desire to remain up-to-date on product information. The successful candidate will enjoy working fixed hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employees are paid weekly, an evaluation and merit increase is provided upon completion of training (90 days), and benefits are provided the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Benefits include major medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, and AD&D coverage. 401(k) benefits are provided with a 4% employer match on a 5% contribution. Holiday pay and paid time off are generously provided benefits upon completion of 60 days of work. Client Services Representative Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers with financial advice and information. Answer questions from customers over the phone and in person. Provide customers with customer service and insurance information. Be knowledgeable about products and services offered by the company. Be able to respond to customer’s needs quickly. Send registered mail to customers. Provide analysis of customer data. Client Services Representative Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or GED.
