Radiology - MRI Tech Profession: Technologist Specialty: MRI Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 16 Hours (Two 16-hour shifts: Saturday/Sunday 7 AM - 11:30 PM) Experience: 2 Years Current Magnetic Resonance Imaging/MRI Experience License: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (MR) Certification Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: GE Equipment Experience, Meditech Expanse Experience (highly preferred), Must be willing to work weekends and evenings, Must be willing to take call as needed, Must have own vehicle Description:Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.The ratio of patients per shift is approximately 9.Travelers will always work with another Tech Aide or another MRI Tech; they will never work solo.After midnight, the department is covered by call.May not take all holidays off.Must work two blocks if scheduled and needed for important holidays.Profile requirements include work history and a skills checklist for Magnetic Resonance Imaging current to 1 year.A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required.Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
