Warehouse WorkerJoin our dynamic warehouse team where you'll engage in hands-on activities throughout the day. You'll work in a clean and air-conditioned environment, disassembling electronics and handling inventory using basic hand tools. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in warehousing or IT/datacenter spaces.ResponsibilitiesDisassemble computer components, server racks, and memory banks using screwdrivers, drills, and hammers.Regularly lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.Rotate through various departments to perform different tasks within the warehouse.Use the proprietary internal system and Microsoft Excel for inventory management and data entry.Essential Skills1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.Ability to follow written directions accurately.Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift.Proficient in using hand tools.Must wear steel toe or composite boots.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RF scanners, material handling, packing, and picking.Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail for sorting materials.Why Work Here?Be part of a growing warehouse team in a clean and air-conditioned environment. The environment is teamwork-oriented and requires strong attention to detail. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with steel-toed boots required from day one.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, VA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
