Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Overview Steel Dynamics, Inc. is a leading industrial metals solutions company, with facilities located throughout the United States and Mexico. The company operates a circular manufacturing model, producing high-quality, lower-carbon-emission products with recycled scrap as the primary input. Steel Dynamics is one of the largest domestic steel producers and metal recyclers in North America based on estimated steelmaking and steel coating capacity of approximately 16 million tons and actual metals recycling volumes, with one of the most diversified product and end market portfolios in the domestic steel industry, combined with a meaningful downstream steel fabrication platform. The company also has aluminum operations, further diversifying its product offerings to supply aluminum flat rolled products with higher recycled content to the countercyclical, sustainable beverage can industry, as well as the automotive and industrial sectors. The company’s primary sources of revenue are currently derived from the manufacture and sale of steel products, the processing and sale of recycled ferrous and nonferrous metals, and the fabrication and sale of steel joist and deck products. SDI implemented OneStream as its primary consolidation and business data platform in 2019. Today, OneStream is a critical component of our internal control environment, supporting both financial reporting and enterprise data management. The platform enables us to continuously innovate how we collect, analyze, and leverage business information across the organization. We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Systems team member to help maximize the value of our financial technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for system administration, day-to-day operational support, and ongoing maintenance across several core platforms, including OneStream, Concur, Great Plains, Finario, and Enablon. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Accounting and IT, partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and gaining broad exposure to enterprise financial systems, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Administer role-based security, user provisioning, and access controls across OneStream and integrated financial platforms to maintain SOX-compliant governance Perform ongoing system administration, including metadata management, workflow design, and configuration of core application components Develop, test, and maintain business rules, transformation rules, calculations, and data load processes within OneStream Support integrations between OneStream and external systems (e.g. General Ledgers and Enablon), including data mapping and automation Build and enhance interactive dashboards, Cube Views, reports, and data entry forms to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency Troubleshoot system issues, manage releases, and support upgrades/ enhancements Provide end-user support and training while gathering requirements for new functionality Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and continuous process improvement Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline close, consolidation, and reporting processes Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of one year of relevant experience supporting financial systems and applications or experience in accounting or audit Understanding of, or exposure to, accounting and financial reporting principles Working knowledge of programming and scripting concepts (e.g., Python, SQL, C#, VB.NET, or similar) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Finance, and IT teams Ability to work on-site five days per week at the corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
