About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for ASC Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational strategy, new center onboarding, and the orchestration of growth and program development. This role involves the management and renewal of business contracts, as well as the effective governance of centers within the designated regions. The VP will have oversight of both administrative and clinical operations, and will be instrumental in performance improvement initiatives across the regional portfolio. A key aspect of the position is engaging with center leadership and physician partners to ensure the achievement of market performance targets and to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8-10 years' of progressive experience in the healthcare industry, demonstrating a solid foundation in general management principles and strong financial acumen. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and the ability to grow and scale an innovative service-oriented business model. Strong leadership skills, particularly in mentoring and motivating a professional workforce, are essential. The VP will be expected to have a strong knowledge of fiscal management, business finance, and corporate governance, and to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements. A Master's degree and previous experience in medical practices are preferred.
