Fire Alarm Testing & Inspection Technician

Position Summary
Boustris & Sons is seeking a Fire Alarm Testing & Inspection Technician to perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and deficiency documentation on commercial, multifamily, and institutional life safety systems throughout Massachusetts. Responsibilities

Perform fire alarm testing and inspections in accordance with NFPA 72
Identify and document deficiencies clearly and accurately
Communicate field conditions and recommendations to supervisors and customers
Coordinate with onsite property staff and maintenance teams
Complete inspection and service documentation in a timely manner
Support minor repairs and corrective work as needed
Represent Boustris & Sons professionally in the field

Qualifications

Experience in fire alarm testing and inspection
Knowledge of commercial and multifamily fire alarm systems
Ability to read plans, reports, and device layouts
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license
Massachusetts license and/or NICET certification preferred
Apprentice candidates with at least 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
