Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, both virtually and in-person, to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address various mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of each client's treatment process, progress notes, and relevant care coordination activities in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide cohesive support for clients and enhance continuity of care.
