Sample Coordinator

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a women's fashion house to hire a Gridshoot Coordinator. This three month, temp assignment is 5 days/week onsite in Times Square. There is potential to extend. The pay is $24/hr. Key Responsibilities Requires strong attention to detail while checking in 30–40 per day sample packages and ensuring accurate tracking throughout the process. Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly deadlines, working within established guidelines and prioritizing tasks independently. Photograph product samples using an iPhone and uploaded all images into the internal database, maintaining high accuracy and consistency. Perform light photo editing, including resizing, cropping and adjusting brightness, requiring basic Photoshop use. Collaborated daily with the Visual Merchandising team and the Sample Team to support workflow and maintain sample accuracy. Qualifications Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, with a strong understanding of visual composition. Some experience in visual merchandising or floor set execution is preferred. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry. A strong sense of fashion trends and visual presentation. A keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics. Ability to execute floor sets with a strong understanding of spatial design and customer experience. Passion for fashion, visual merchandising, and photography. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership over tasks. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and trends. Fine Print This is a W2 position.
