We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsProvides care for patients requiring MRI procedures.Performs all duties directly involved with proceduresutilizingMRI for diagnostic procedures.Operates equipment settingappropriate technicalfactors to produce diagnostic quality images according to radiology practice standards, and relay images along with pertinent clinical information to the physician for interpretation.Assistswith inventory management and patient scheduling.Takes backup call as assigned to provide after-hourshigh volumecoverage.What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateMagnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateRegistered Radiographer (ARRT)State Registered Radiologic TechnicianGraduate from an accredited Radiology Technologist program. Completion of MRI Training6 months of related experience is requiredHCA Florida Lake City Hospital is a 140+ bed acute care hospital.
