Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented  Ecommerce Listing & Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for creating accurate and engaging listings, photographing products, and assisting with order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality listings with accurate titles, descriptions, item specifics, and pricing.
• Photograph products using a clean, professional setup.
• Research comparable listings to determine competitive pricing.
• Inspect merchandise for condition, completeness, and defects before listing.
• Prepare sold items for shipment by securely packaging products.
• Print shipping labels and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing new inventory.
• Meet daily listing and shipping productivity goals while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous listing or ecommerce experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn selling tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Seller Hubs.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Experience with barcode scanners or inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of clothing, health & beauty, home goods, toys, or general merchandise.
