What the Job Looks Like: You’ll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Warwick and surrounding Orange County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. New to home care or just want extra confidence before going solo? Shadowing is available to everyone, no questions asked. Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we can’t fill your schedule and can’t replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.
