Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of license
- Completion of Endodontic Residency Program
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients
- Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
