Installation Supervisor

Overview Founded in 1910, KONE is a global leader in elevator, escalator, and automatic building door solutions, operating in over 60 countries. The company seeks an Installation Supervisor to manage local installation operations in Denver, Englewood, CO, leading teams on construction sites and coordinating with subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to code requirements and building system specifications on construction sites. Lead and motivate a union‑represented workforce, fostering safety, quality, and learning opportunities. Monitor safety guidelines, schedule, and overall performance of team members. Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals. Track and report progress, schedule, and resource utilization. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of relevant construction experience with supervisory duties, preferably leading a union workforce. Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of building systems and code requirements. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
