Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, with a focus on understanding and resolving interpersonal conflicts. \n
- Facilitating family therapy aimed at improving communication and addressing broader systemic issues. \n
- Addressing a variety of concerns, including but not limited to: \n
- Alcohol abuse \n
- Physical and psychological abuse \n
- Grief and loss \n
- Family conflicts \n
- Job stress and medical issues \n
- Adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce \n
- Communication difficulties \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and frameworks to guide treatment plans. \n
- Maintaining comprehensive and confidential case notes using our advanced digital records system. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop a coordinated care approach for clients. \n
- Engaging in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. \n

You will primarily serve adults and families seeking guidance through their interpersonal challenges, whether they relate to marital issues or broader family dynamics. Our client focus is diverse, comprising various backgrounds and experiences, each with unique needs that require a tailored therapeutic approach.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \n
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality. \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Ability to work independently while managing your own caseload effectively. \n

- Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to couples and families. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping. \n
- Clinical experience addressing trauma and grief issues. \n
