Job DetailsJob Location: Social Care Network - Staten Island , NY 10305Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $23.63 - $31.87 HourlyJob Shift: Variable Responsibilities Pre-tenancy Activities such as, but not limited to, housing search/navigation, housing applications, lease negotiation support and screening assistance Tenancy sustaining activities such as, but not limited to, short-term rental assistance, utility payment assistance, recertification, resolving disputes with landlords to reduce eviction Community transitional supports such as, but not limited to, paying security deposits, pest eradication, pantry stocking, and providing household supplies & furnishing Maintain complete and accurate client files/documentation; ensure quality assurance. Data entry Attend scheduled supervision sessions, case conferences, and training as required Qualifications Previous experience working with the housing of disadvantaged populations Experience in housing placement, lease negotiation, and navigating housing services is required Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues Physical ability to perform the essential job functions is needed Proficient with computers Ability to perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the program and the clients we serve The agency reserves the right to review and change job duties and responsibilities as the need arises This job description does not constitute a written or implied contract of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Hospitality
