Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions about current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading service levels, and processing all general service requests.
• Acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion about technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment to connect products and services to everyday lifestyles.
• Adhering to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and professional store environment.

What you will need to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store constantly.

Salary

Base Pay: $19.50 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $27.19 per hour. Additional incentives may be earned by exceeding sales targets.

Education

High School Diploma / GED.

Certifications (if applicable)

No certifications required.

Relevant Work Experience

2–5 years of retail or customer service experience.
