Operations Manager

Location & Workstyle LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY – The role is hybrid in Oakland office Tues-Thur 8-5pm required, remote Mon & Fri. Key Responsibilities Handle multiple concurrent tasks with varying time sensitivities efficiently. Accurately update, extract, and report status to leadership from systems such as Planisware, Ariba, Jira, MS-Project, Excel, and sourcing tools. Independently analyze, reconcile, and report data from multiple spreadsheets or sources using MS-Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI. Track multiple concurrent tasks with varying priorities and due dates that change. Communicate effectively written and verbal to large audiences, develop visual representations of data and trends. Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Data analysis with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI. Excellent written and verbal communication. Desired Skills Experience at a large corporation, IT Project or Program Experience. Financial forecast support for software services. SAP/ERP Implementation Project experience; understanding of Waterfall and Agile. Software proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Jira, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerApp. Additional software: PowerBI, PowerApp, SharePoint. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Business Administration/Management Information Systems. Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
