**Your Role and Impact:**

As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead our High Voltage Department, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of critical electrical systems. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining system reliability, managing vendor relationships, and supporting campus projects. You will play a key role in developing maintenance strategies, coordinating electrical events, and driving improvements across our facilities. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our mission-critical environments.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

- Lead and supervise the High Voltage Department, ensuring timely completion of all maintenance work with zero backlog.

- Oversee vendor maintenance programs and coordinate repairs for essential electrical equipment.

- Develop maintenance specifications and manage multi-year electrical projects and operations.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, providing updates and maintaining historical documentation.

- Provide electrical engineering support for campus projects, including design reviews and cost estimates.

- Support equipment startup, commissioning, and prepare reports for significant electrical events.

- Prepare for campus growth by maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

 

**What We Need From You:**

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in medium-high voltage electrical systems.

- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.

- Extensive knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS systems, and critical environment support equipment.

- Strong project management skills and experience managing vendor relationships.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations.

- A commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

 

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with SKM software and data center environments.
