Job Description As a Delivery Driver, you will safely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout South Jersey. This role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. No delivery experience is required—we provide full training. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery van to transport and deliver packages Follow pre-planned routes using handheld GPS technology Load and organize packages in the vehicle for efficient delivery Ensure accurate and timely package deliveries to customers Provide excellent customer service with every delivery Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts Schedule Full-time: 4 days per week, 8–10 hour shifts (one weekend day required after training) Part-time opportunities also available Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $23.25 – $25.00 per hour (based on vehicle type & performance) Weekly performance-based bonuses Paid training Health, Dental & Vision insurance Paid time off Company vehicle provided (no CDL required) Step van training & DOT medical card reimbursement Growth opportunities into leadership positions Additional Information Requirements At least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license (no CDL required) Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screening Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move packages throughout the day Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle multiple times per shift Strong reliability, teamwork, and communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer Roadrunner Delivery is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
