In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on the commercial side, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine work requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure longevity
• Comply with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on mechanical projects
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
• Operate tools and equipment safely, ensuring proper maintenance and storage
• Provide guidance and support to junior plumbers and apprentices
• Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and professionally presented

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plumber at a mid-senior level (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Relevant plumbing certification, license, or vocational training (where applicable)
• Proficiency with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
