The salary for this position is $100,000-$125,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Primary Responsibilities:Maintain construction/development project-related records, including contracts and processing of change ordersReviews and processes construction/development contracts, and contract change ordersReconcile month end bank accountsManage construction pay applicationsCoordinate with title companies and subcontractors to ensure proper waivers are being trackedMaintain project level financials and general ledgers as well as the construction entity as a wholeProject budgeting and forecastingAssist controller with forecasting potential projects in the pipelineProject cost control and evaluation during constructionCoordination of the construction payment processProvide ongoing support for construction projects including solicitation subcontractor insurance certificates, Close-out documents and other related items.Implement new processes to make the overall construction process more efficientDocument and track Owner and Subcontractor contracts and change ordersGenerate standard and ad hoc reports as requiredAssist with various and ad hoc financial projectsOther duties may be assigned
