Data Entry Clerk - Warehouse (Litchfield Park)

Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerks to support daily warehouse operations at our client's site in Litchfield Park. The Warehouse Clerk will assist with inventory, paperwork, data entry, shipping and receiving, and general administrative duties to help keep the operation running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate warehouse records.

• Prepare, organize, and process shipping and receiving paperwork.

• Verify orders, inventory, quantities, and product information.

• Assist with tracking shipments and updating inventory systems.

• Print labels, reports, and other required documentation.

• Communicate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and other departments.

• Maintain organized files and documentation.

• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, clerical, or administrative experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working with computers and paperwork, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
