Join Our Team as a Scheduler

• Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients to ensure all shifts are filled in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm appointments and address scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, client preferences, and caregiver availability
• Handle last-minute schedule changes and ensure appropriate coverage is in place
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal client outcomes
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and caregivers
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to scheduling and client care

• Previous experience in scheduling or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Proficiency in computer skills and scheduling software
• High school diploma or equivalent
