Regional Sales Manager - Building Products - Base Salary to 120k/year - Seattle, WA

• The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth and expanding market presence within the outdoor living and building products industries. This is a hunter sales role focused on new business development, dealer and distributor relationships, contractor sales, and territory growth. With an established customer base and strong brand reputation, this individual will focus on increasing the company's footprint throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, lumberyards, and other building materials channel partners.
• Drive sales growth by increasing stocking dealers, developing an extensive contractor base, and identifying new business opportunities throughout the territory.
• Develop the dealer and distributor network through territory development, account development, and market expansion activities.
• Conduct site visits, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and build partnerships.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers, including contractors, dealers, and distributors.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, maintain sales activity, and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales tools and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in building materials, lumber, outdoor living products, or building envelope products.
• Experience selling building products or materials through dealers, distributors, contractors, or other distribution channels.
• Ability to travel 30% - 40% within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range plus monthly commission and annual bonus
