Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough telephonic and video assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and creating tailored treatment plans. \n
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring sessions are adaptable to meet specific client needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress or emergencies, thereby ensuring client safety and well-being. \n
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with all ethical and legal requirements. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive and well-rounded care for our clients. \n
- Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, effectively advocating for their needs. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training workshops, seminars, and literature to remain updated on best practices and emerging methodologies in mental health therapy. \n
You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a spectrum of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions such as PTSD and mood disorders. Your expertise will allow you to cater to various demographics within the Allentown community, fostering resilience and personal growth through therapeutic engagement.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n

Primacare offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
