We're hiring confident, outgoing lead generators to represent us inside and outside Costco warehouses in Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, Yakima, Walla Walla, and Wenatchee area. If you can strike up a conversation with anyone and make it feel natural — this is your stage.
What you'll earn:
- Up to $24/hour
- $10 bonus for every qualified appointment you set
- $50 bonus for every sale that comes from your appointment
- $200 monthly vehicle allowance (when working 30+ hours per month)
- Travel expenses paid
- Company iPad provided
- Phone allowance
- Part-time or full-time — your choice

- Engage Costco members in a friendly, professional way
- Educate them about Cosentino Quartz & Granite countertops
- Set qualified Costco/Floform in-home consultation appointments on the spot
- Represent Floform, a trusted 60+ year company, with pride
You are not just staffing a booth. You are the beginning of every sale we make.
Travel (optional & flexible)
Travel to different Costco locations, cover Tri-Cities WA— and expenses are paid when you travel.
