Hosted Trial Program MangerÂ
Role Description:
The Hosted Trial Program Manager is responsible for the end to end oversight, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the hosted trial program. This role ensures that the program runs smoothly, stakeholders remain aligned, and participants have consistent, high quality experiences.Â
The Program Manager will act as the central point of coordination across cross functional teams, driving accountability, transparency, and execution. This includes managing program workflows, tracking performance, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained, and delivering regular reporting on program health and outcomes.Â
A key focus of this role is to evaluate the current program structure, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that enhance scalability, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.Â
Responsibilities:Â
Oversee the end to end hosted trial program lifecycleÂ
Coordinate across sales and cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignmentÂ
Facilitate recurring program status meetings and communicationsÂ
Track and report on key program metrics, including trial volume, conversion rate*** and time to closeÂ
Monitor program performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesÂ
Evaluate and improve program workflows and process efficiencyÂ
Work with SMEs to ensure accurate and up to date program documentationÂ
Ensure consistency and governance across the programÂ
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholdersÂ
Surface actionable recommendations based on data and program observationsÂ
Support prioritization and execution of program improvement initiativesÂ
Manage program capacity and visibility (up to ~50 concurrent trials)Â
Essential Skillsets:
Proven experience in program or project managementÂ
Strong ability to manage cross functional stakeholders and drive alignmentÂ
Experience tracking and reporting on funnel metrics and performance KPIsÂ
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsÂ
Excellent communication skills, including meeting facilitation and executive reportingÂ
High attention to detail and strong documentation disciplineÂ
Ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvementÂ
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a steady operational cadenceÂ
Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline concepts (Salesforce experience preferred)Â
Comfort working with basic intake and tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms, dashboards)Â
