Sanitation Worker – Overnight Shift (Lakeville, MN)

Masterson Staffing, in partnership with our valued client, is hiring Sanitors to start immediately!

Schedule:

1. Saturday and Sunday: 5:00PM – 5:00AM

Pay:

• $17.00/hour

Position Summary

As a sanitation worker, you’ll be an essential part of the team, responsible for cleaning the plant area and equipment, and assisting with waste removal.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean general plant areas and equipment using tools such as brooms, brushes, spray bottles, mops, squeegees, water and air guns, and vacuums.
• Work safely and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), allergen controls, HACCP, SQF, and all regulatory requirements.
• Document and uphold preventative controls related to sanitation.
• Immediately report any food safety or quality concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge across departments.
• Continuously develop technical, functional, and leadership skills.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
