What You'll Do:

• Process non-purchase order invoices, verifying approvals, accuracy, and correct general ledger coding
• Manage direct material invoices using automated three-way matching systems, investigating and resolving holds
• Handle indirect purchase invoices through AP systems, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and approvals
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payment timelines
• Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience using accounts payable tools such as Coupa or Esker
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
