Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Partnering with Medicare Advantage plans, the group is dedicated to improving outcomes through a patient first, team based approach and is seeking Geriatric Physicians to join their innovative care model near Montgomery, AL.

This Position Offers:

• Reduced patient panel size to 400 or fewer patients, allowing for more meaningful patient interactions
