A Day in the Life Leading our brand-new Luxe Outlet opening this October, you will champion a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.

• Store Launch & Operations: Spearhead the grand opening, managing daily operations, stock flow, and visual merchandising.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service.
• Business Drive: Maximize sales performance, manage the store P&L, and optimize inventory.

We Are Looking For

• Retail Management: Strong experience leading high-volume retail stores.
• People Development: Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Operational Agility: Highly organized to manage fast-paced stock and store logistics.
• Commercial Acumen: Analytical mindset to drive sales and manage store KPIs.
