We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our team. This role involves handling inventory, shipping/receiving, and basic invoicing support in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay:
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, label, and organize inventory
- Pick and pull materials for production orders
- Pack, load, and prepare products for shipment
- Track and document inventory and shipments
- Return and restock materials from production
- Assist with invoicing and order processing
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues
- Support general administrative and warehouse tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
