Primary Care Physicians

Provide onsite primary care services to eligible VA beneficiaries at Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). Deliver comprehensive general medicine care to a panel of approximately 1,000 patients per provider in a collaborative VA healthcare setting.

Provide face-to-face and virtual primary care visits (up to 14 patients/day + 4 walk-ins). Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and care coordination. Document all patient encounters in VA EMR (CPRS) within 48 hours. Complete Level 3 Evaluation & Management documentation standards. Participate in PACT team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain infection control compliance and all VA mandatory training.
