Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist - Bridgeport/Poughkeepsie

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical, educational, and operational support for cardiac rhythm management devices across Connecticut and New York territories. The role involves field-based customer support, device troubleshooting, clinical education, and sales collaboration with approximately 80% travel.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for CRM devices including system checks, implant assistance, and troubleshooting
Coordinate operational logistics including patient documentation, inventory management, and programmer software maintenance
Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team members on CRM products and clinical solutions
Support sales objectives by identifying customer opportunities, monitoring competitive trends, and providing market feedback
Travel extensively within assigned territory to support customer clinics, hospitals, and business operations

Requirements

High school diploma plus 6+ years healthcare/field sales experience, or associate's degree plus 4+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 2+ years
Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and work 8+ hours daily in clinical environments
Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management devices and therapies or equivalent medical device field experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications like Salesforce
Medical terminology comprehension and familiarity with medical device industry standards
