We want a hands-on, charismatic servant leader who genuinely enjoys people, develops strong teams and creates memorable client experiences through personal engagement. Our Store Operations Manager should lead from the floor, know our clients, anticipate their needs and create an environment where people feel recognized rather than processed. What You'll Own
Lead daily store operations while being visible and engaged with clients and the team
Welcome clients, build relationships and personalize their experience
Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Create camaraderie, accountability and a culture where everyone helps everyone
Perform services as needed while maintaining technical, sanitation and brand standards
Own scheduling, labor productivity, inventory and operational readiness
Drive store sales and profitable growth through membership conversion, rebooking, client retention, service revenue, average ticket and retail sales.
Resolve client concerns quickly and turn service challenges into opportunities for loyalty
Support local partnerships and community engagement
Manage performance against store goals, KPIs and profitability The Experience We Want to Create

Active California Esthetician License required
Leadership or management experience preferred
Warm, confident, energetic and approachable
Strong client-service and relationship-building skills
Hands-on leader comfortable coaching and developing others
Business-minded with strong sales and operational awareness
Comfortable with goals, KPIs and accountability
Community-minded and willing to represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ Pleasanton locally
Bilingual skills are a plus
Available evenings and weekends Compensation & Opportunity
* $65k-70k Salary based on experience and qualifications
