Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients, visitors, and team members with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Managing the heartbeat of the office: answering phones, handling emails, and directing communication.
• Mastering the schedule by efficiently booking, confirming, and optimizing patient appointments.

Qualifications
