General Information Job Title: Direct Support Professional Location: Homes are located in Monroe and Lake Stevens areas Base Pay: $17.50 - $23.35/hour DOE (New caregivers without DoH Credentials must acquire NAR certification and complete 75 hours of required training within 120 days of hire) Employee Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Non-Exempt Job Category: direct support professional, caregiver, registered nursing assistant, home care aide, certified nursing assistant Description Snohomish Supportive Living Services, LLC is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home care and support to adult individuals with disabilities in Snohomish County. Responsibilities Medication management Housekeeping Laundry Assisting with feeding, meal preparation Personal care, toileting, hygiene support Transferring, positioning Behavioral support Driving clients to medical appointments and shopping Current full‑time and part‑time openings in Monroe and Lake Stevens, WA. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a High School Diploma or GED Must pass the DSHS BCCU background check at time of hire Must possess a 75‑hour certificate, a 75‑hour exemption letter, or complete 75 Hours of Training (5‑Hr Safety and Orientation, 40‑Hr Core, 30‑Hr Population Specific Training) within 120 days of hire Must attain NAR, CNA or HCA within 120 days of hire Must have current CPR/First Aid certification Female‑only staff at Lake Stevens sites Drivers must possess Vehicle in good and safe operating condition Clean driving record Driver License Washington State Auto Insurance Compensation Hourly, $17.50 - $23.35 depending on experience and certifications. $0.25/hour extra for drivers. 80 hours Paid Time Off per year for full‑time employees (>30 hours/week) 40 hours Paid Time Off per year for part‑time employees ( Performance‑based bonuses Snohomish Supportive Living Services, LLC - Dedicated to empowering and enhancing the lives of the adults with developmental disabilities in our care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Snohomish Supportive Living Services, LLC
