Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU (Intensive Care Unit) - Travel

• Provide care for critically ill patients in a 12-bed ICU setting
• Titrate drips including paralytics, sedatives, and other common ICU medications
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and effective documentation
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and communicate significant changes effectively
• Adapt to floating to Med Surg units as needed

Requirements of the RN - ICU (Intensive Care Unit) - Travel

• Active IL nursing license or initiation of the application process
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA)
• Experience in an Intensive Care Unit or similar acute care setting
