MCC uses a team-based approach that puts the patient at the center of their team. Providers are able to build strong relationships between patients and their clinical care teams, which demonstrates better quality, patient experiences, and staff satisfaction. Opportunity: • Outpatient Adult Medicine, patients are 18 and up.
