Make a meaningful impact by supporting students' communication needs within a dynamic school environment. This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) seeking a collaborative, student-focused setting and a long-term contract. Working onsite within two schools, you will provide essential speech-language services from now through early June 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience within school settings strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Highlights:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 students in elementary and high school settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with other educators and specialists
- Screen, assess, and document students’ speech and language abilities
- Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Schedule: Onsite, full-time (Tuesday-Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm) at both Thimmig Elementary and Prairie View High School
