In-Home Peer Certification & Recovery Coach
Acmh
ACMH seeks a Peer Program & Certification Specialist to provide direct support to clients in their homes and assist ACMH peer staff in obtaining NYC peer certification. The role includes teaching daily living skills, monitoring apartment safety, budgeting, medication administration, and facilitating groups. You will document services, build self-advocacy, and participate in training while supporting recovery goals to reduce emergency service contacts.
